Ah. Yes. The inner critic and its wildly aggressive rage, cleverly masked as “logic”. I often still have trouble accurately differentiating inner critic thoughts from actual (healthy self) logic. Even when I do manage to call it out, it feels impossible to stop it! Talking to it and addressing it by name helps me dis-identify it from myself, though, which is a start. Hopefully this letter can help you talk to (and stop) your inner critic too!
